We've had CHARLIE (Unkind Hands) since October 2022. From an anxious handful on his walks at the beginning, the penny began to drop after 9 months, and he settled. He's now a happy friendly lad whose put on some weight, loves playing with the other

We've had CHARLIE (Unkind Hands) since October 2022. From an anxious handful on his walks at the beginning, the penny began to drop after 9 months, and he settled. He's now a happy friendly lad whose put on some weight, loves playing with the others, having cuddles and is 100% perfect in the house. He's super. He walks beautifully on the lead 95% of the time but can occasionally get anxious if he sees a dog, but soon settles if walked in the other direction. From what we've seen if given the chance to meet other dogs properly and they are calm he's fine. He's housetrained, neutered, inoculated, microchipped, and travels well in a car.

FREDA (Some Freedom) was born on the 12 August 2020. Weighing 28.3 kg she's house trained, spayed, inoculated, microchipped, walks nicely on the lead and travels well in a car. She's a happy, playful girl, and from what we've seen so far she's okay

She's a happy, playful girl, and from what we've seen so far she's okay with children and other breeds of dogs. Freda had the Flexor Tenotomy for corns shortly after she arrived, and two days later she had a seizure, which we were hoping was a 'one off' following all the stress of arriving here then the operation. However, one month later she had another. Although minor she's now on medication. Ideally, we are looking for someone to adopt her who has access to Highgate Vets, Kendal and we would pay for all treatment associated with her seizures. Alternatively, someone who would like to long-term foster her.

She came into season on the 28th March, and because of the slightness of it and her age we may, or may not get her spayed, but will act on the vets advice as to what is best for her. She's has a lovely temperament, walks nicely on the lead, is house trained, travels well in a car, and from what we've seen she's fine with children and other breeds of dogs.
