RYAN (Derrinasafa Ryan) is a handsome lad born on the 15th December 2019. Weighing 34.5 kg he's house trained, neutered, inoculated and microchipped. Ryan is perfect in the house, walks nicely on the lead, travels well in a car, and from what we've seen so far he's okay with other breeds of dogs, and will often want to play with them. Ryan will make someone a lovely companion, but he doesn't like going up inside stairs so a bungalow would suit him. He likes children but they should respect him because he's not sure about having your face too near his, he will back away. This we are working on and he's getting better.
JACK (Burgoyne Panda) was born in July 2021. He's house trained, neutered, inoculated, microchipped, travels well in a car, walks okay on the lead, but has a 'stress bucket' that can fill quite quickly in new situations. Its transpired since Jack's arrival he prefers to come to you for affection, rather than you go to him. If the former he's a happy loving lad, if the latter he becomes very wary and insecure, as its a situation out of his control. As you can see from this photo he really isn't sure what the man with the camera is doing, and you can see it in his eyes.
MURPHY (Murphys Lough) was born in June 2019, weighs 34 kg. is house trained, neutered, inoculated and microchipped. Murphy looks older than his years, is a lovely friendly lad who walks well on the lead. We're currently monitoring him with other breeds of dogs, but he's good with children, loves to run around, play and travels well in a car. Within a couple of days of Murphy arriving he started loosing toe nails. SLO was diagnosed so he was put on steroids and antibiotics till they settled down, He's lost all his nails, but they are growing back, and we give him 6 x 1,000 mg Omega3 capsules daily for a while to help his new nails grow back normal. These capsules can be reduced till one a day, and if like our Sandy his nails should be normal again.
DALI (Dalliance) was born 2nd December 2022, weighs 27kg., is house trained, spayed, inoculated and microchipped. At the moment she's very food orientated, and can be a bit mischievous. From what we've seen so far she's okay with other breeds of dogs, has a lovely temperament, can pull a bit on the lead, which we feel will reduce as she settles here, and she travels well in a car.
MYA (Tickity Mya) was born on the 18th October 2019, weighs 24.3 kg., inoculated, microchipped, and spayed. Mya's a sweet girl with a beautiful temperament, lovely to walk, fine with children and other breeds of dogs, travels well in a car, but we've been told she isn't keen on fireworks.
RESERVED . . . BONO (Moyar Bono) was born November 2022, weighs 38kg. is house trained, neutered, inoculated, and microchipped. He's a lovely friendly lad who adores people and loves a fuss. He walks well on the lead, travels well in a car, and from what we've seen so far he's okay with other breeds of dogs. He's a lovely friendly lad.
ARRIVING SOON . . . DANIEL (Swift Daniel) was born on the 26th July 2021, weighs 31.5kg., is neutered, inoculated, microchipped, walks nicely on the lead, travels well in a car, and we've been told he's fine with other breeds of dogs
ARRIVING SOON . . . Capel Frantastic is a lovely black female who was born on the 15th May 2021, weighs 24.5 kg, is spayed, inoculated, microchipped and travels well in a car.
ARRIVING SOON . . . COOPER (Drumdoit Cooper) was born in April 2024, weighs 29kg., is inoculated, microchipped, travels well in a car, and soon to be neutered. We've been told he's a friendly lad who hasn't raced because he hurt his stopper bone in a trial, but we're not sure what he's like with other breeds of dogs.
