Walney Walk last Sunday

Walney Island

32 hounds and their humans spent last Sunday walking around Walney Island leaving from, and returning to Earnse Bay car park where refreshments were served and goods including 2027 calendars and Christmas cards were sold.
It was a glorious day for a walk and we raised a super £386.00 all of which will go towards the caring of, and homing of the greyhounds here at RGSL. May we thank all those who organised and helped at the walk along with all those who came to support us.
Our next event is the Teeth and Nail Session on the 1st November.
Our next walk is on the 8th November at Coniston.
