Kirkby Lonsdale walk

Our August monthly walk was held at Kirkby Lonsdale on Saturday 16th August 2025. Setting off from the Rugby Ground car park 32 hounds and their humans had a very enjoyable walk. With refreshments after and plenty of things to buy from the stall we made a total of £377.35, which will be used for the care and homing of the greyhounds at RGSL.
May we thank everyone who organised it, helped and attended on the day. It was such an enjoyable day that we are going to hold our August 2026 walk at the same location.
Our next walk is on Sunday 28th September 2025 at Sizergh Castle near Kendal. This will be the Great Global Greyhound walk, so lets see if we can get over a hundred hounds attending. Many thanks and fingers crossed for good weather on the 28th.
